Responsibilities:
- Handle potential sales inquiries via phone in a professional and engaging manner.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of sales orders through effective coordination with the Logistics team.
- Communicate regularly with clients to confirm delivery schedules and requirements.
- Work closely with the Customer Service Department Head to align on delivery timelines and customer needs.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of contacts, clients, and prospects for reference, communication, and delivery purposes.
- Support the achievement of sales targets by efficiently managing and monitoring sales and distribution orders.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year college course.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Willing to work on-site in Bagbaguin, Caloocan City.
