Responsibilities:

  • Handle potential sales inquiries via phone in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of sales orders through effective coordination with the Logistics team.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to confirm delivery schedules and requirements.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service Department Head to align on delivery timelines and customer needs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of contacts, clients, and prospects for reference, communication, and delivery purposes.
  • Support the achievement of sales targets by efficiently managing and monitoring sales and distribution orders.

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year college course.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Willing to work on-site in Bagbaguin, Caloocan City.
