Live Streaming & Sales Hosting

  • Host regular live selling sessions to showcase and promote products.
  • Deliver product demonstrations in an engaging, informative, and persuasive manner.
  • Actively interact with the audience by responding to questions and comments in real time.

Product Knowledge & Preparation:

  • Understand the features, benefits, and uses of each product.
  • Prepare talking points and organize products before each live session.

Audience Engagement & Relationship Building:

  • Build trust with online customers by maintaining a friendly, energetic, and confident presence.
  • Create a loyal community of viewers and repeat buyers through consistent engagement.

Order Taking & Coordination:

  • Collect and confirm orders placed during live sessions.
  • Work with the fulfillment or logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Social Media & Content Promotion:

  • Promote upcoming live sessions on social media.
  • Post engaging content to grow followers and increase traffic to live shows.

Perform other duties requested by employees under the company as approved by the President/CEO.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
  • Confident speaking in front of a camera and comfortable being live on social media.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think quickly and manage unexpected issues during live sessions.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and e-commerce tools.
