Our partner is looking for a skilled and passionate
Live Streaming Manager
to take full ownership of their TikTok live streaming operations. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling their live streaming infrastructure to achieve business goals and create best-selling products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective live streaming strategies based on company goals. Analyze account data, conduct competitor research, and create comprehensive annual, quarterly, and monthly live streaming plans.
  • Plan and execute TikTok live stream events and campaigns. Manage inventory and product selection, train and integrate hosts, control the live broadcast flow, and oversee on-site operations to maximize engagement and sales.
  • Lead and manage the local live streaming team. Build and refine business processes to improve team efficiency and performance. You will be directly accountable for achieving key business metrics.
  • Oversee the construction and continuous optimization of the live streaming room setup to ensure smooth, high-quality broadcasts that drive strong results.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 1+ years of e-commerce live streaming experience
    , with a focus on fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) brands preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of TikTok's platform mechanics, operational rules, and store management.
  • Strong data analysis skills with a clear, logical, and strategic mindset.
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient under pressure, and possess a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a local live streaming team.
  • Fluent and professional proficiency in English is required. Chinese (Mandarin) is a significant plus.
