About the role

Philcon 777 Manufacturing Corporation' is seeking a highly organised and diligent HR and Admin Assistant to join our team in our Bunawan, Davao City office. In this full-time role, you will provide vital administrative and HR support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing general administrative assistance, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies
  2. Assisting with the full cycle of the recruitment process, from posting job ads to onboarding new hires
  3. Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
  4. Coordinating employee events and team-building activities
  5. Providing support for payroll and benefits administration
  6. Acting as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and requests
  7. Collaborating with the HR team to implement HR policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  5. Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements
  6. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
