About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, organized, and communication-savvy Project Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you'll lead the coordination and execution of cross-functional projects spanning marketing, product, logistics, and customer experience. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to manage timelines, ensure alignment, and keep key initiatives on track — all while helping deliver a best-in-class experience for cat parents across the country.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced eCommerce or DTC (direct-to-consumer) environment and loves turning ideas into structured execution.
Responsibilities
- Own project planning and timeline management across departments
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows between marketing, creative, product, logistics, and CX teams
- Manage day-to-day communication, ensuring everyone is aligned on priorities and deadlines
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Notion
- Lead regular status meetings and provide timely updates to leadership
- Proactively identify blockers, risks, and resource gaps — and drive solutions
- Track and report on KPIs and project health to ensure transparency and accountability
- Implement and refine project management processes that support scale and efficiency
Competencies and Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in eCommerce, DTC, or CPG
- Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- High proficiency in PM tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, Basecamp, Slack, GSuite, etc.)
- Experience coordinating workflows and people to ensure timelines are met
