Project Goal:

To train our CEO and Bookkeeper in a face-to-face setting on our live QuickBook Online Plus company file. The training must be tailored to our specific business needs, including inventory, importation, and project-based accounting.

Key Training Modules Required:

We require an expert who can set up and provide training on the following:

  1. Core Setup & Workflows: Finalizing the Chart of Accounts, bank feeds, and efficient

daily/monthly workflows for our bookkeeper.

2. Inventory Management:

Correctly setting up our hardware (stock items) using the FIFO method.

Managing stock levels and running inventory reports.

3. Importation Workflow:

Handling multi-currency transactions (paying foreign suppliers).

The correct manual process for applying landed costs (freight, customs, duties) to our

inventory value.

4. Project Accounting (Key Focus):

Activating and setting up the QBO "Projects" module.

Training our team on how to assign specific income and expenses (like labor, materials,

and subcontractor fees) to different projects.

Demonstrating how to run Profit & Loss reports per project to track profitability.

  1. Reporting: How to run and understand all key management reports (Balance Sheet, main P&L, Project P&L, A/R & A/P).

Consultant Requirements:

  1. Must be a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor or possess equivalent expert-level experience with QBO Plus.

  2. Proven experience with the QBO "Projects" module.

  3. Proven experience managing inventory, multi-currency, and landed cost

workflows within QBO.

  1. Must be available for on-site, face-to-face training at our office in Quezon City.

  2. Excellent communication and teaching skills.
