Job Description:

  • Accomplish daily Manufacturing Self Check (MSC) form.
  • Perform picking of lot from shelf location with reference to picking list.
  • Conduct physical lot splitting.
  • Verify and inspect split lot quantity & customer label for compliance.
  • Perform pick/pack transaction in the system.
  • Perform packing of physical lot to inner and outer boxes.
  • Process one picking list/lot at a time.
  • Ensure that the packed products for shipment contain the required document and label.
  • Operate packing equipment.
  • Report any discrepancy during picking/packing orders.
  • Move physical lot/s to next process.
  • Accomplish cross training activities to other stations as part of Employee Development Ladder (EDL).
  • Adheres to PDW SOPs.
  • Follow instructions which may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor. Certified to the assigned station.

Requirements/Qualifications:


• Ability to multi-task while paying careful attention to detail

• Prior success working both individually and in a team environment

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to follow written and verbal direction

• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed work specifications

• Excellent listening skills

• Adaptability to frequent change and improvements

• Regular and predictable attendance is essential

• Ability to wear the required Protective Equipment

• Basic computer, math and reading comprehension skills

• You must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED

• A year of experience in a semiconductor logistics warehouse/shipping is an
advantage.

• With positive work and personal attitude.

• Ability to work under pressure and minimum supervision.
