Job Summary

The Accounting Staff provides financial, administrative, and clerical support services and may be assigned to different Accounting functional areas.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Update daily and monthly transactions in the books of accounts.
  • Maintain the general ledger and other books of accounts.
  • Prepare requests for payment for doctors and affiliates.
  • Calculate doctors' and affiliates' professional fees with respect to transactions conducted.
  • Assist in bank reconciliation.
  • Assist in the preparation of journal vouchers for transaction adjustments and check all the necessary attachments.
  • Collate Certificates of Creditable Withholding Tax (BIR Form 2307).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, business, or related courses
  • At least one (1) year work experience related to the job function from a reputable company
  • Preferably with knowledge in SAP, but not required.
