Occupational Safety Health Nurse

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated OSH Nurse to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring workplace safety, promoting employee health, and providing immediate medical care in case of emergencies. The OSH Nurse will also assist in implementing occupational health programs and compliance with DOLE requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first aid treatment and basic healthcare services to employees.
- Conduct regular health monitoring and maintain updated medical records.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring occupational safety and health programs.
- Conduct workplace safety and health orientations.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE OSH Standards.
- Coordinate with safety officers and HR in addressing health-related concerns.
- Prepare health-related reports and documentation for regulatory purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Licensed Nurse (PRC).
- Preferably with BOSH Training for Nurses or willing to undergo training.
- At least 2 years relevant experience in occupational health, clinic, or hospital setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
