Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.
- Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training is a plus.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience as a registered nurse, preferably in an occupational health setting or a similar environment.
- Experience in conducting health assessments, providing first aid, and managing medical records.
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
