JOB SUMMARY:

We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Auditor to join our retail operations team. In this role, you'll travel across various store sites, evaluating performance, ensuring compliance with our operational standards, and supporting continuous improvement. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Perform regular on-site audits at designated store locations to assess policy adherence and operational practices
  • Review and verify inventory levels, merchandising standards, and consistency in sales execution
  • Observe customer service interactions and provide actionable feedback to elevate service quality
  • Prepare comprehensive but clear audit reports, highlighting findings and actionable recommendations
  • Work closely with store managers to launch corrective actions and disseminate successful strategies
  • Analyze store performance metrics — such as sales trends and operational KPIs — to identify growth areas
  • Support staff development by helping with training programs focused on compliance, service, and operations
  • Participate in strategic initiatives (e.g., store openings, seasonal campaigns, promotional rollouts)
  • Contribute to customer engagement initiatives and assist with social media outreach when needed

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail operations, auditing, or a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and comfortable managing data-driven audits

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • The role involves frequent travel to multiple store locations
  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as required
  • Looking for someone self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently or collaboratively
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong passion for improving processes are essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php23,000.00 per month
