  • Daily activities include client engagement to drive portfolio action
  • Address investment related or transactional queries ( Casa / credit card)
  • MGM/ referrals on new to bank
  • Cross sell opportunities to cards/ loans / other products
  • Regularly attend market outlook briefings - internal /external
  • Portfolio review to at least 1-2 clients
  • Perform compliance-related deliverables- Customer due diligence, AIR inquiries ; Surveillance; LMTM Callouts.
  • Actively participate in the Power Hour callouts - tag campaigns in ECRM.
  • Review daily production and its impact of their Scorecards.

  • Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Integrity, Analytical skills - ability to understand fundamentals of the market and apply it on portfolio actions on a per client level. Aptitude to pass both internal and external certifications
