We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented ERP Developer to join our technology team. The ERP Developer will be responsible for designing, customizing, testing, and maintaining our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to improve business workflows, ensure data accuracy, and increase overall productivity across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and requirements to develop and implement ERP solutions.
  • Customize and configure ERP modules to align with company operations (e.g., finance, HR, supply chain, inventory).
  • Develop and maintain ERP-related integrations, reports, and interfaces using APIs and third-party tools.
  • Perform system upgrades, troubleshoot technical issues, and apply patches as needed.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., accounting, HR, operations) to gather feedback and optimize ERP usage.
  • Ensure ERP system security, data integrity, and compliance with internal and external policies.
  • Provide user training, support, and documentation for ERP tools and enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an ERP Developer or similar role, preferably with systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo.
  • Proficient in ERP development languages (e.g., SQL, Java, Python, .NET) and reporting tools.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and ERP system architecture.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
