Responsibilities
  • Build, enhance, and support ETL workflows using SSIS, ensuring reliable movement of information across multiple systems.
  • Lead efforts to connect NetSuite ERP with both in-house platforms and cloud applications.
  • Develop and manage semantic layers, cubes, and tabular models within Azure Analysis Services to enable advanced reporting.
  • Design and implement warehousing and data mart architectures that deliver scalable and high-performance access to information.
  • Work closely with stakeholders—business users, analysts, and developers—to translate requirements into effective solutions.
  • Oversee pipeline monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Uphold quality, consistency, and governance standards across all downstream processes.
  • Apply security and compliance best practices, ensuring controlled and safe handling of information assets.
Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience in ETL or data engineering roles.
  • Advanced skills with SSIS, including building complex workflows.
  • Direct background in NetSuite integration, such as SuiteAnalytics Connect, Saved Searches, and APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services (Analysis Services, Data Factory, Synapse, Blob Storage).
  • Strong knowledge of data warehousing approaches (Kimball or Inmon) and dimensional modeling.
  • Expertise in SQL, including performance tuning for queries and workflows.
  • Experience with semantic modeling and building tabular solutions in Azure AS.
  • Proven ability to manage large datasets and optimize flow design.
  • Understanding of information security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or equivalent visualization tools connected to semantic models.
  • Exposure to other ERP/CRM systems in addition to NetSuite.
  • Experience applying DevOps practices and CI/CD automation to data solutions.
  • Background in financial services, e-commerce, or SaaS environments is a plus.
