About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong eye for branding who can create cohesive visual identities for a variety of clients as well as for special events such as events, such as but not limited to, brand activations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to translate concepts into elegant, impactful designs. Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is essential, along with a keen understanding of typography and color theory to bring brands and event experiences to life.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Visual Identity Design: You will work closely with the creative team in planning and executing bespoke digital and print designs for new and existing branding clients and provide support in developing assets for event clients. The ideal candidate has a sophisticated sense of design that is creative and elegant.
  • Crafting brand guidelines that are well written, cohesive, and a source of truth for branding clients.
  • Develop and edit digital artwork.
  • Coordinate with clients to gather design requirements, provide updates, and finalize outputs
  • Maintain accurate records of client feedback, revisions, and job progress
  • Ensure timely submission of high-quality, print-ready designs
  • Perform basic administrative tasks related to design coordination and client communication

Job Qualifications:

  • Proficient in digital design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency in Figma for shared projects
  • Basic Canva content creation (specifically creating GIFs) is a plus
  • Experience in branding and crafting creative guidelines
  • Strong eye for detail, layout, typography and color theory
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs
  • Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work closely with clients
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Open to hybrid work setup (onsite and remote combination)
  • Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven
