Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our NetSuite team. In this role, you will oversee the development and strategic direction of our NetSuite-based solutions, managing multiple engineering teams while driving technical excellence in NetSuite platform development. We are integrating agentic AI capabilities into our platform, allowing AI assistants to query security data using natural language. This enhancement improves the efficiency of security teams in assessing data exposure and access risks. With a rapidly growing customer base and an expanding team, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead, inspire, and scale high‑performing enterprise engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage multiple enterprise engineering teams within the organization and develop leadership talent Create a culture of ownership, remove blockers, and foster an inclusive environment Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent specializing in ERP solutions Lead managers and grow leadership talent across NetSuite development teams Technical Oversight: Set technical direction and ensure architectural integrity across multiple teams Oversee scalable NetSuite ERP solutions using SuiteScript, JavaScript, and database technologies Drive custom NetSuite development including SuiteBundler/SuiteApp and SuiteFlow implementations Maintain code quality standards and ensure security compliance with ERP best practices Ensure proper implementation of custom objects, workflows, and NetSuite administration Strategic Execution: Translate business goals into engineering strategy and actionable objectives for ERP platforms Lead product consolidation efforts across multiple NetSuite implementations and customizations Coordinate cross-team technical decisions and manage technical debt in enterprise systems Partner with Product, Design, and Business Operations teams Qualifications & Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field 10+ years of experience working in enterprise software development 5+ years of management experience leading multiple teams and managing managers Experience with JavaScript, SQL (PL/SQL), and relational database design with Oracle and MS SQL Server Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures Experience with ERP system implementation and management Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices for enterprise systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of cross-functional leadership Preferred: Advanced NetSuite certifications (Administrator, Developer, Consultant) Experience with SuiteScript development, SuiteBund/SuiteApp creation, and SuiteFlow customization Experience with other ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) Knowledge of integration patterns and APIs for enterprise systems Experience with stored procedure development and database optimization Understanding of financial and operational business processes Leadership Competencies People Leadership: Lead managers and grow leadership talent across NetSuite development teams Technical Strategy: Set technical direction for ERP product lines and platform integrations Strategic Thinking: Translate business operational goals into engineering outcomes Cross-Functional Impact: Build strategic relationships with business operations, finance, and product leaders Our Values At Netwrix, our values guide every action: Next‑Level Customer Focus – Customers first, always.
