About the role

E-team Workforce Private Corporation is seeking a talented Security Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this contract role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing security-related projects that are fundamental to our operations. Based in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of these critical initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive security project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets
  2. Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute security projects, providing leadership and guidance throughout the process
  3. Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives, aligning them with the company's overall security strategy
  5. Monitor project progress, reporting on key metrics and providing regular updates to senior management
  6. Ensure all security projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal policies
  7. Continuously look for ways to optimise processes and drive continuous improvement in our security practices

What we're looking for

  1. 8+ years of experience in security project management, preferably within the Information & Communication Technology industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex security projects on time and within budget
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions
  4. Strong project management expertise, including the use of tools and methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor projects
  5. Thorough understanding of security best practices, technologies, and industry regulations
  6. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
  7. Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
