We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our culinary team. The primary goal is to ensure the consistent preparation and delivery of high-quality, delicious food in a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

  • Food Preparation & Execution: Accurately prepare and cook menu items, strictly adhering to established recipes, portion control guidelines, and presentation standards.
  • Inventory Control: Actively monitor ingredient levels throughout the shift and communicate inventory needs or shortages to the kitchen management team in a timely manner.
  • Cleanliness & Sanitation: Consistently maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation for all personal workstations and general kitchen areas, complying with all health and safety regulations.
  • Receiving & Storage: Assist with the proper receiving, checking, and storage of all incoming food and supply deliveries, ensuring FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards are met.
  • Operational Readiness: Execute assigned opening, closing, or side work duties to ensure the kitchen is fully prepared for service or properly secured at the end of the shift.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience (minimum of 1 year) in a professional culinary or kitchen role is an asset, though not strictly required for an otherwise qualified candidate.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Vocational training or a Senior High School Certificate is highly valued.
  • Skillset: Demonstrates strong culinary aptitude and a genuine passion for food preparation and execution.
  • Work Ethic: Proven ability to maintain efficiency, composure, and quality while working in a demanding, fast-paced kitchen setting.
