About the role

This is a full-time Restaurant (Outlet) Manager role at the BATANGAS COUNTRY CLUB Hotel and Resort in Batangas City, Batangas. As the Restaurant (Outlet) Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel's restaurants and ensuring exceptional customer service and dining experiences for our guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing and leading a team of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen staff
  • Ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service delivery in the restaurants
  • Developing and implementing operational plans and strategies to drive revenue and profitability
  • Monitoring and analysing restaurant performance metrics and taking corrective actions as needed
  • Handling customer queries, complaints, and feedback, and ensuring prompt resolution
  • Liaising with the hotel's culinary team to plan and execute promotional events and seasonal menus
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Participating in the recruitment, training, and development of restaurant staff

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a hotel, resort, or high-volume dining establishment
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong operational and financial management skills, with the ability to analyse data and drive performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and stakeholders
  • Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control
  • Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations in the hospitality industry
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences
