About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Cold Calling & Admin Support Specialist to join a growing property management team based in Australia. This is a full-time remote role for candidates with prior experience in property management and cold calling within the Australian market. Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation:
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, property owners, and tenants in Australia.
  • Qualify leads, introduce the company's property management services, and schedule follow-up appointments or property viewings.
  • Maintain a professional and engaging tone with all prospects, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide essential administrative support to the property management team, including managing property records, updating client files, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare and manage important documentation such as contracts, leases, and invoices.
  • Respond promptly to client and tenant inquiries via phone and email, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Data Entry & Reporting:
  • Input and manage data in the property management software, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Generate reports on property performance, tenants, and other relevant metrics for the Australian team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the Australian Property Management Industry:
  • Previous experience in property management or a similar administrative/support role working with Australian clients is required.
  • Cold Calling Experience:
  • Proven experience in cold calling or lead generation, with the ability to convert prospects into appointments and inquiries into business opportunities.
  • Administrative Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and experience with Australian property management software is a plus.
  • Excellent Communication Skills:
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English with a professional and courteous demeanor on calls and in written communication.
  • Self-Starter & Remote Work Ready:
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote setting.
  • Comfortable working within different time zones and adapting to Australian business hours.
