The Count Validator will be responsible for validating and monitoring people-counting systems in retail environments. This role ensures that all entry and exit events recorded by the system are accurate, consistent, and aligned with operational standards. As a back-office (non-voice) position, the Count Validator works primarily with data validation, reporting, and exception handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate daily entry/exit data from retail store systems.
  • Conduct spot-checks against system outputs (video or log-based validation).
  • Flag discrepancies and escalate system or data issues for correction.
  • Maintain accurate records of validation activities and exception reports.
  • Support system calibration by identifying recurring variances or anomalies.
  • Generate daily/weekly validation reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Statistics, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • 0–2 years' experience in back-office, data entry, or data validation roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; basic knowledge of databases a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts to align with store operations.
