Location: Taguig

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital acquisition efforts across a variety of platforms. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and other programmatic advertising channels. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing performance-driven campaigns to achieve key business KPIs, ensuring ROI maximization and customer acquisition goals are met. As part of the team, you will also mentor junior marketers and contribute to the continuous innovation of our digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Digital Acquisition Campaigns: Own and manage paid media campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other programmatic channels.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Implement and continuously optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive key metrics such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Click-Through Rates (CTR).
  • KPI Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Adjust campaigns in real-time to maximize ROI.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior performance marketers, providing guidance on best practices, campaign execution, and troubleshooting.
  • Strategy Innovation: Drive innovation by experimenting with new ad formats, audience targeting, and optimization techniques to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with creative, data analytics, and other marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with broader business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital media buying, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns across major platforms.
  • Hands-on Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with experience in tracking and analyzing KPIs to optimize campaigns. Familiarity with attribution modeling and performance analytics tools.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working in e-commerce, consumer goods, or fast-paced industries where performance marketing is a key driver of growth.
