JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ensure Quality Assurance of SAP S/4HANA System Integrator Deliverables
  2. Oversee and validate outputs from external consultants to ensure alignment with business requirements, industry standards, and SAP best practices.

  3. Review and Validate SAP Blueprints

  4. Ensure comprehensive documentation of business processes and requirements.

  5. Identify risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities for design improvement.
  6. Recommend enhancements to ensure scalability and compliance.

  7. Validate alignment with strategic goals and secure stakeholder approvals.

  8. Evaluate Functional Specifications for SAP WRICEFs

  9. Ensure functional specs accurately translate business needs into system behavior.

  10. Confirm coverage of inputs, logic, outputs, and user interfaces.
  11. Validate integration across modules and inclusion of test scenarios.

  12. Align WRICEFs with both technical feasibility and business value.

  13. Review SAP S/4HANA Configuration

  14. Assess configuration of workflows, validation rules, and reporting features.

  15. Ensure settings reflect real-world business operations and regulatory requirements.

  16. Validate seamless integration across SAP modules and third-party systems.

  17. Lead Testing and Issue Resolution

  18. Conduct and support unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  19. Analyze and resolve issues through root cause analysis.

  20. Ensure that the system performs reliably and meets defined KPIs.

  21. Collaborate Across Functional and Technical Teams

  22. Work with SAP consultants, developers, and internal stakeholders to support end-to-end implementation.

  23. Facilitate knowledge transfer and end-user enablement for post-go-live support.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field; SAP certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP implementation/support, particularly in
    SAP S/4HANA
    .
  • Deep expertise in the
    Materials Management (MM)
    module; experience with integration to FICO, SD, or other modules is a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on involvement in blueprint validation, WRICEF reviews, configuration, and testing.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, configuration, and system behavior.
  • Familiarity with SAP WRICEFs, Fiori apps, and cross-functional module dependencies.
  • Understanding of SAP HANA data structures and reporting capabilities.
  • Exposure to ABAP debugging, SQL, or technical specs is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Business process understanding and ability to map to SAP capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex documentation.
  • Agile mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and system optimization.
