Job DescriptionA well-established real estate and construction company based in Quezon City is looking for a Senior Legal Officer who will play a key role in ensuring legal compliance, contract management, and regulatory affairs. Reporting directly to the Corporate Legal Department Head, the ideal candidate must have a solid legal background and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to support the company's diverse business operations. Key Responsibilities:Lead and monitor legal and regulatory compliance requirements.

Oversee contract compliance across operations and support divisions, in coordination with relevant departments. Handle eviction cases, including preparatory work and case filings. Perform notarization, contract drafting, and document review.

Ensure contracts comply with relevant laws and internal standards. Draft legal documents such as demand letters, Secretary's Certificates, and pleadings. Conduct legal due diligence and legal research for day-to-day business needs.

Represent the company in hearings and coordinate with external legal counsel when needed. Review outputs of junior legal officers and provide guidance. Support other legal and regulatory matters as required by the Head or the Office of the Chairman.

Qualifications:Must have a Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws Degree and be a Philippine Bar passer. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal setting. Strong legal writing, analytical, and contract review skills.
