Duties and Responsibilities include:Take the lead and monitor legal and regulatory compliances, under the supervision of the HeadMonitor contracts compliance (Operations and Support) in coordination with relevant departments under the supervision of the HeadFocus on evictions, including preparatory works and case filings, under the supervision of the HeadPerform notarization works

Prepare and draft of letters, documents and/or contracts required by the several units of the CompanyPerform review of contracts and/or documents provided to the Department by several units of the Company for review

Ensure contracts compliance (in form and substance) with applicable laws while protecting the Company's interests and remedies to be cleared by the HeadDraft the needed legal documentation for the day-to-day transactions of the Company (such as demand letters, Secretary's Certificate)Draft pleadings and letters addressed to courts, government agencies and other pertinent third parties

Conduct legal due diligence on company-related transactions

Conduct the required research to answer legal queries raised in the course of day-to-day operations of the CompanyAttend hearings for the Company's legal cases not assigned to external legal counsels

Check work outputs of the Legal OfficerPerform related legal functions that may be required by the Head, or the Office of the ChairmanQUALIFICATIONSWith Juris Doctor Degree or Bachelor of Laws DegreePassed the Philippine BarWith at least three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a law firm or a private corporation in a legal role

Excellent writing skills

Excellent time management skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Must be able to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines

Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
