Provide customers with post-purchase support through product diagnosis and repair, maintenance services, user training, and continuing technical support. Their role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction, building brand loyalty, and gathering valuable feedback to improve products and services.

Key Responsibilities

· Identifying and resolving technical issues reported by customers.

· Providing ongoing technical assistance and guidance to customers through various channels like phone, email, or in-person interactions.

· Performing scheduled maintenance and necessary repairs on products, either on-site at the customer's location or at a service center.

· Maintaining accurate records of service activities, customer complaints, and product performance to track issues and identify trends.

· Ensuring that products function as expected and that customers are happy with their purchases.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
