● Prospect for new clients and generate leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals).

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.

● Manages the Sales process from start to finish, including booking events, entering data into a computer system, and collecting payment from clients.

● Creates detailed plans for each event along with timelines and budgets.

● Checks and replies to emails for the day - especially the inquiries.

● Prints and or forwards proposals, projects, client communication, emails to the Chief Operations Officer/Financial Operations Manager.

● Answers phone calls. Answers all inquiries through telephone and cell phone (whether text or call).

● Assists walk-in inquiries and shows the halls to the visitors in order to showcase the areas and facilities.

● Maintains an updated event calendar of ongoing and target events and submits it to the COO, FOM, and management.

● Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings.

● Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.

● Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

● Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
