Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Generalist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, and compliance. This role is crucial in helping us maintain a positive and productive work environment while ensuring alignment with company policies and labor regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages HR service delivery and ensures alignment with HR Objectives & Targets
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation and leave programs
  • Assist with performance management process
  • Provide HR-related support to employees and assist in the implementation of HR Policies and Procedures
  • Coordinate training and development activities
  • Participate in HR projects and policy updates
  • Ensures maintenance and keeping up to date employee records in the organization to provide comprehensive and accurate information to demands and requests in accordance with data protection and regulations

Job Qualifications:

  • With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR within a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
