Supply Chain Planning Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain production and supply plans in alignment with sales forecasts and inventory targets.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and sales to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and generate reports to highlight risks such as shortages, excess stock, or slow-moving items.
  • Ensuring alignment with lead times and customer delivery expectations.
  • Track key supply chain KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, inventory turnover, forecast accuracy).
  • Identify and escalate supply chain disruptions, and collaborate with relevant teams to develop contingency plans.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain process, including process documentation and efficiency improvements.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or a related field, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of demand planning, and inventory control principles is an advantage.
