We are looking for an experienced Logistics and Supply Chain Manager to oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations for our business. The role is based in Libis, Quezon City, with a weekly visit to our farm in Teresa, Rizal. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between sourcing, production, inventory management, and distribution while optimizing costs and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics & Distribution

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the transportation and delivery of goods from farm to warehouse and customers.
  • Ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery while maintaining product quality and integrity.
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and transport partners.

Supply Chain & Inventory Management

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes, reducing costs and waste.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels through demand planning, procurement, and inventory control.
  • Ensure the quality and proper handling of perishable and non-perishable products.

Farm-to-Market Coordination

  • Work closely with farm operations in Teresa, Rizal, to align production output with market demand.
  • Schedule and oversee weekly visits to the farm for inventory checks, logistics planning, and supplier coordination.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Streamline supply chain operations to enhance efficiency and reduce delays.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Identify and implement digital tools or systems for better logistics and inventory tracking.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management, preferably in agriculture, food distribution, or a similar industry.

Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and transportation logistics.

Experience working with farm operations and perishable goods is an advantage.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in logistics software and MS Excel for data tracking and reporting.

Willing to travel once a week to Teresa, Rizal, for farm visits.

Must have a valid driver's license (preferred but not required).
