Full-Time, In-Office Collaboration: This is a full-time, on-site role based at our office. We value the strong collaboration, mentorship, and team culture that comes from working together in person. (Please note: This position does not offer remote or hybrid work options.)

As the Group Finance Manager, your mission is to ensure accurate and efficient financial administration across the entire Plato Group. You will be the architect and guardian of our financial frameworks, providing the consistency and clarity needed to drive data-driven decision-making.

While the majority of your focus will be on the Plato Agency, you will also provide vital financial oversight for MP Capital Holdings, the MP Property Group, and several other ventures within our portfolio.

• Monthly Invoicing Cycles: You will lead the accounts receivable process, managing invoicing and statements to clients.
• Supplier Cost Management: Using Scoro and Xero, you will manage the full supplier lifecycle, including invoicing, payments, communications, and agreements.
• Financial Administration: Oversee hosting and license administration, expense management, and payroll activities.
• Systems Mastery: Maintain a high level of skill across Scoro and Xero to ensure their features are optimized and databases remain clean and accurate.
• Reporting & Analysis: Establish a documented monthly schedule to run end-of-month reports for each entity, alongside quarterly and annual deep dives.
• Compliance & Auditing: Administer GST and tax payments while ensuring team members adhere to financial policies regarding margins and credit card expenses.
• Strategic Support: Act as a key partner to the Group CFO and Managing Partner, providing "red-flag" reports and proactive insights to improve financial performance

To succeed in this role, you need to be more than just "good with numbers." We are looking for:

• Meticulous Attention to Detail: You have a "zero-error" mindset when it comes to coding, data entry, and financial reporting.
• A Systems Expert: You are highly proficient in Xero and Scoro, and comfortable working with Fathom and Google Sheets.
• Disciplined & Autonomous: You are a self-starter who can manage tight deadlines and prioritise tasks under pressure without needing constant supervision.
• A Critical Thinker: You don't just report data; you interpret it to find insights that drive the business forward.
• An Excellent Communicator: You can build strong, trusted relationships with Founders, partners, and external suppliers alike.
