Job Summary:

We are looking for an Accounts Associate with up to 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience to support the processing of customer invoices, payments, and account reconciliations. The role requires familiarity with Microsoft Excel, a basic understanding of accounts receivable functions, and strong attention to detail. Candidates should be capable of solving issues independently while working effectively with internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and release customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
  • Track accounts receivable activities and ensure timely receipt of payments.
  • Conduct follow-ups on overdue accounts and coordinate payment arrangements with clients.
  • Perform account reconciliations and address any discrepancies found.
  • Use Microsoft Excel for reports, tracking, and data analysis.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Work with internal teams and customers to resolve billing and payment concerns.
  • Provide required documents and reports during audits.
  • Suggest and support improvements to streamline accounts receivable processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related courses.
  • 6 months to 1year of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
