Position Title: Data Analytics Specialist

Overall Objectives:

  • Maintain data quality and consistency through preparation, validation, and governance
  • Own and manage data dashboards with vendors and stakeholders to ensure accuracy, relevance, and adoption
  • Support decision-making by tracking performance, running analyses, and sharing actionable insights

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Preparation & Quality Assurance - Extract, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources (retail sell-out, display, inventory, promos, competitor data) Create standardized templates to streamline reporting and analysis, validate accuracy by checking against source files, running functionality tests, and ensuring consistency
  • Data Governance & Documentation - Maintain data definitions, KPI dictionaries, and process documentation, Support compliance with data governance standards and ensure consistent use of data across teams
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management - Act as the main liaison with stakeholders and dashboard vendor, ensuring requirements are met and dashboards remain aligned to business needs, Support onboarding and training of users to maximize adoption, assist in data dashboard design, data mapping, template setup, and test runs with vendor and stakeholders
  • Performance Monitoring & Insights - Track KPIs regularly, highlight risks and opportunities, and provide ad hoc analysis to translate data into actionable business recommendations

Education:

College Degree; Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
