Schedule: Monday to Friday (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience, preferably with Australian clients
  • Xero or MYOB experience

What will you do?

The purpose of this role is to financially manage a range of clients in various industries. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Data entry
  • Daily reconciliation of bank transactions including summarising & resolving queries

    with client
  • Accounts Payable, including inputting supplier bills and providing recommendations

    on suggested supplier payments
  • Accounts Receivable including weekly debtor collection and follow-ups
  • Employee record keeping
  • Maintains historical records by filing documents
  • Build rapport with suppliers and customers that you contact under different circumstance
