You’ll manage client financials, lead the accounting team, and drive continuous improvement using cloud‑based technologies. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor staff accountants and bookkeepers. Oversee month‑end reviews, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial adjustments. Generate clear monthly or quarterly dashboards, providing actionable insights to clients. Implement cloud‑based accounting systems and train clients and team members. Perform quality assurance on junior staff deliverables to maintain accuracy. Qualifications and Experience Extensive knowledge of Balance Sheet and Income (P&L) statement accounts and GAAP. Public accounting experience; work at a CPA firm handling multiple clients. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with cloud‑based platforms (Xero preferred, QBO a plus). Experience with project/task management software (Canopy preferred). Proficient in Google Suite and comfortable using macOS. Non‑negotiable Skills & Requirements Extensive knowledge of Balance Sheet and Income (P&L) statement accounts and GAAP. Experience with project, task, or practice management software. Proficient in Google Suite and adept at using macOS. Public accounting experience—handling multiple clients concurrently.
