We are seeking an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to manage and oversee the implementation and ongoing maintenance of our Cornerstone OnDemand learning platform. As the LMS Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of training and development opportunities to our employees across the Philippines. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the day-to-day administration and configuration of the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS platform
- Develop and maintain customized course curricula, learning paths, and user profiles to meet the diverse training needs of our employees
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users, ensuring a positive learning experience
- Collaborate with the training and development team to implement new training initiatives and improve the overall effectiveness of the LMS
- Monitor system performance, generate reports, and analyse data to identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest LMS trends and technologies, and implement system enhancements as needed
- Develop and deliver training sessions to educate users on the LMS features and functionality
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an LMS administrator, preferably with Cornerstone OnDemand
- Strong technical skills in administering and configuring learning management systems
- Hands-on experience in creating and managing user accounts, courses, and learning paths
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address user issues and system problems
- Proficient in generating reports and analyzing data to optimize the LMS performance
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and experience in developing training content
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Adaptability to stay current with the evolving LMS technologies and best practices
- Willingness to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
