Franchise Manager is solely responsible for the growth of an industry and achievement of Targets on Sales Attainment, Quality Service Cleanliness (QSC) Excellence. Moving UP (Store Expansion) and Franchise Profitability. The RFM manages all aspects of running an efficient sales team, including hiring, supervising, coaching, disciplining, and motivating direct reports.

· Ensures that all assigned region meet/surpass business Sales targets and goals through compliance with the brand and operations standards of the Company, and implement available distribution channels and ordering app.

· Conducts sourcing activities such as presentation to companies, business prospects, mall/property developers, trade/ professional associations.

· Follows up on all leads generated through expo and other lead generating activities.

· Creates road map for expansion for the region to saturate the awarded territory.

· Implement Cost cutting measures, efficiencies, and systems standards to maximize profit potential of each Companies.

· Conducts Business analysis of each franchise.

· Stores and Production visits and ensure brand standards are being followed.

· Monitors approved marketing materials.

· Ensures timely renewal of Franchise Agreement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
