We are a specialized travel consultancy organization dedicated to facilitating travel worldwide. We take pride in our skilled and knowledgeable team, which excels in all aspects of visa processing and other travel documentation services. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to help lead and expand our global consulting program, supporting multiple service verticals across the organization.
Role Overview
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will onboard, train, and manage a remote sales team of SDRs, BDRs, and Sales Reps while leading multiple sales projects assigned by the CEO and COO, including but not limited to GovAssist. Your work will involve both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales System & Process Setup
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies using modern tools and AI-driven processes
- Design and implement automation workflows in Zendesk (or similar CRM tools) for lead tagging, routing, and pipeline tracking
- Structure and support direct messaging (DM) and phone-based sales pipelines
- Coordinate technical setup with internal CRM teams and stakeholders
- Develop and customize DM, email, and phone scripts for inbound, outbound, and reactivation campaigns; refine automation workflows, sales scripts, and team processes based on data
Sales Execution & Team Rollout
- Lead the launch of DM and phone sales operations, including hands-on testing to identify and resolve bottlenecks
- Support the building and coaching of the internal sales team after process optimization
- Develop and maintain SOPs, escalation protocols, and daily execution plans
- Monitor KPIs and team metrics, ensuring consistent pipeline progression and quota achievement
Ongoing Optimization & Reporting
- Provide clear KPI tracking and insights on conversions, contact rates, and revenue per representative
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and update strategies accordingly
- Report directly to the COO with insights, performance updates, and growth plans
- Manage multiple sales projects as assigned by the COO/CEO, balancing priorities and adapting to changing business needs
What We're Looking For
- 5 years outbound sales experience (SDR/BDR roles), 2 years managing remote sales teams
- Proven success leading and scaling sales teams in a remote environment
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, primarily Zendesk or similar platforms; HubSpot and Salesforce experience is a plus
- Strong consultative sales skills and experience with phone and online selling
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Full-time availability aligned with Eastern Standard Time
