We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate who can attend to our clients with warmth and precision.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

SALES TRANSACTIONS

  • Attend to all JMA Clients (existing and new) for their inquiries, quotation requests, order confirmations, after sales service, among others.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding custom orders (design coordination, quotation submission, progress update, pick-up, payment, and repairs)
  • Coordinate with Production Department regarding clients' orders
  • Coordinate with Accounting Department regarding clients' accounts

CUSTOMER CARE

  • Provide outstanding support to all clients by immediately and proactively resolving issues
  • Inform clients of promos, sales, and product interests
  • Document all clients key celebrations and product interests

ENCODING & DOCUMENTATION

  • Record the use of all Official Files
  • Maintain an updated client database
  • Record detailed minutes of the meeting / appointment

INVENTORY & MERCHANDISE MANAGEMENT

  • Update details, history, and current status of each item
  • Ensure products are properly documented with photographs included
  • Ensure proper tagging of all products with complete information
  • Maintain an updated Inventory with regularly conducted inventory checks
  • Daily setup and breakdown of store display for opening and closing
  • Assure product quality, in coordination with Production

MISCELLANEOUS ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS

  • Forward daily transactions to the Head Office through the Daily Collection
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Coordinate between departments in resolving Sales related day-to-day tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
