Job Overview:

The ROPA Coordinator is responsible for supporting the ROPA team is facilitating sales for Real Estate and coordinating with dealers and agents. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the ROPA Supervisor in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring compliance with inventory control procedures.

  • Coordinate with the collections team to receive repossessed Real Estate and prepare them for sale.

  • Support the sales team by providing information about available REM pricing, and unit specifications.

  • Prepare sales reports and track progress towards sales goals.

  • Coordinate with dealers and agents to facilitate sales transactions.

  • Ensure the timely and efficient turnover of repossessed units from collection companies.

  • Verify the completion of all necessary checklists and documentation during the turnover process.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, sales support, or a similar role.
