Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT professional to support and optimize our core technology systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth onboarding/offboarding of users, maintaining IT system efficiency, and providing technical support across our network.

This includes managing Google Workspace user onboarding and offboarding, assisting with administration of core tech systems, advising and optimizing technology for a real estate franchise company, and gaining valuable experience in real estate tech and contributing to organisational growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as strong organisational and documentation skills. Proven experience with Google Workspace administration (including Gmail setup, data backup, and storage configuration) is a must. Hands-on experience with technical support/help desk operations is also required. Familiarity with tools such as DialPad, Keeper, and Happeo is a plus.

The selected candidate will work collaboratively with our tech operations team to enhance user experience and system performance. They will be responsible for managing Google Workspace & Gmail accounts, providing technical support, and troubleshooting technology issues at Head Office.
