Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for an onsite role in Taguig. Ideal for candidates with average English communication skills, fresh graduates, and applicants with no BPO or call center experience. You will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and deliver excellent service. This is a fast-paced role with strong career growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, chat, or email inquiries
  • Assist customers by providing accurate information
  • Resolve basic issues and escalate as needed
  • Maintain customer records
  • Follow company procedures and quality standards
  • Work collaboratively to meet performance goals
Qualifications:
  • Average English communication skills
  • Open to Fresh Graduates
  • No BPO / No Call Center Experience Required
  • Trainable, fast learner, and customer-focused
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Taguig
  • Willing to undergo assessments and interviews onsite
  • Must be available for flexible scheduling
Salary & Incentives:
  • ₱18,000–₱32,000 monthly salary (depending on experience)
