What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the daily operations of the cafe, including staffing, inventory management, and financial reporting
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience
  • Manage and motivate a team of baristas, servers, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the broader management team to develop and implement new menu items, marketing campaigns, and business initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality or food service industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php24, Php27,000.00 per month
