The Electronics Customer Support Associate is responsible for assisting customers with their needs in the electronics area. This includes troubleshooting basic issues, testing electronic items, and providing accurate product information to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and addressing concerns with electronic items.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and testing of gadgets, appliances, and other electronic products.
• Demonstrate product features and provide guidance on proper usage.
• Ensure all tested items are handled safely and according to store procedures.
• Coordinate with the technical team for items requiring further inspection or repair.
• Provide clear and courteous communication to customers at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the electronics area.
• Support sales by recommending suitable products based on customer needs.
• Document issues or observations during testing and report them to the supervisor.
• Follow store policies on customer returns, exchanges, and warranty procedures.

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate or equivalent.
• Background in electronics, troubleshooting, or related experience is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of common electronic devices and their functions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn technical procedures.

Pay: Php695.00 per day
