Strong knowledge of Philippines occupational safety and health regulations.

· Recognized certification as a Safety Officer (per DOLE OSH standards) or equivalent qualification.

· Proven experience in workplace safety, ideally in office or service-based environments.

· Excellent communication and influencing skills across levels.

· Fluent in English (written and verbal); local language proficiency an advantage.

· Tech-savvy, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications · Experience across Asia Pacific markets beneficial.

Safety Team, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with Philippines occupational safety and health regulations (DOLE Department Order No and related laws), while also providing safety expertise across other Asia Pacific markets when required.

This is a 12-month contract position, with the head office based in Manila and four regional offices across the Philippines.

What You'll Do

· Ensure compliance with Philippines safety laws and regulations and support regional safety programs across Asia Pacific.

· Manage and maintain legal registers to ensure accurate compliance tracking and reporting. · Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections, driving timely corrective actions.

· Deliver safety training and awareness programs to strengthen employee knowledge and engagement.

· Partner with local leadership and Health & Safety Committees to foster a proactive safety culture. · Lead incident reporting and investigations, ensuring regulatory notifications are met.

· Provide expert safety guidance for facilities, vendor management, and construction projects.

· Support implementation of the Global Safety Management System (ISO 45001 aligned) across Manila and other markets.

· Contribute to and support regional and global safety projects in partnership with the wider Global Workplace Safety team.
