Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Oversee cash flow management and optimize financial resources.
  • Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights and drive decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve performance goals.
  • Monitor financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support audits and manage relationships with external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • CPA with 8 to 15 years of accounting and finance experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within the hospitality or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial systems.
