JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for overseeing and supervising the organization's payroll functions, ensuring salary and related compensation are processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, BIR regulations and payroll taxes.
  • Has at least 7-10 years experience in similar capacity.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong managerial skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient with payroll software.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Has above average written and oral communication skills.
