About the Client You'll Be Supporting
You'll be working directly with one of our US-based clients — a fast-growing franchise marketing agency that's redefining how franchise brands attract, convert, and scale. They partner with top-tier franchise businesses to generate quality leads, build brand authority, and expand market share.
This isn't your average cold-calling role — you'll be part of a sharp, energized team that's helping franchise brands grow nationwide.

Who We're Looking For
Are you a natural communicator who loves starting conversations and thrives on turning curiosity into real business opportunities? We're searching for a Senior Lead Qualifier to be the engine behind our client's sales pipeline.
You'll be the first human touchpoint for their prospects — making connections, asking smart questions, and qualifying leads like a pro. If you've got a sharp sales mind, a bit of hustle, and know how to read between the lines — we want you on the team.
What You'll Do
You'll play a crucial role in helping the sales team win by:
- Connecting with inbound and outbound leads via email, calls, and other channels
- Qualifying prospects based on need, budget, authority, and timing (we call it BANT)
- Nurturing leads — because not every "no" means never
- Booking solid appointments for the Account Executives
- Keeping the CRM organized and up to date like a boss
- Collaborating with marketing and sales to improve messaging and targeting
- Sharing your insights and mentoring junior qualifiers on best practices
What You Bring to the Table
- 3–5 years of experience in sales development, lead gen, or appointment setting
- Experience in BPO/outsourcing? That's a major plus
- Experience in marketing services or working with US clients is a bonus
- Excellent English skills — written, spoken, and everything in between
- A strong phone presence (you know how to make people want to talk)
- CRM savvy (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven — we won't micromanage you
- Open to working night shifts to align with US-based clients
