Admin Officer

We are looking for a Admin Officer who will focus on maintaining the company's licenses, permits, registration, and accreditation, and spearheading Occupational Health and Safety initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Ensure timely renewal and compliance of all company licenses, permits, and registrations.
- Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor accreditation, and purchase monitoring.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure departmental deliverables are met.
- Spearhead and implement Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) programs and compliance initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of administrative and compliance records.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for regulatory and operational requirements.
- Support management in developing and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on administrative operations, procurement status, and OHS compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3–4 years of experience in administrative management or a related function.
- Knowledge of government licensing and permit renewal processes.
- Familiarity with procurement procedures and supplier accreditation.
- Basic understanding of Occupational Health and Safety standards and compliance.
- Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
