Key Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate medical care and first aid to employees in case of accidents, injuries, or sudden illnesses within the plant.
- Conduct regular health assessments, monitoring, and wellness checks for production workers.
- Maintain employee medical records and ensure confidentiality.
- Administer prescribed medicines, basic treatments, and coordinate with company physician as necessary.
- Support health and safety programs such as vaccination drives, health seminars, and awareness campaigns.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
- Assist in the investigation of workplace incidents, identifying health-related risks, and recommending preventive measures.
- Maintain inventory of medicines, medical supplies, and equipment in the clinic.
- Provide counseling and guidance on health, hygiene, and wellness to employees.
- Prepare medical and health reports for submission to management and government agencies (e.g., DOLE, DOH, SSS, PhilHealth).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing, with an active PRC license.
- Preferably a DOLE-accredited Occupational Health Nurse or willing to undergo training.
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a company/plant nurse or in an industrial healthcare setting.
- Knowledgeable in occupational health standards, workplace safety, and government health regulations.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work night shift and in a production/plant environment.
